Coffee is a brewed drink prepared from roasted coffee beans, which are the seeds of berries from the Coffee plant. Coffee is one of the most popular drinks in the world. Evidence show that coffee originated from the country Yemen approximately back in the 15th century.
Coffee flavor is slightly acidic and it has a stimulating effect on human because of its caffeine content. There are as many as 30 types of coffee in the world. The normal type of coffee is called as 'espresso'. 'Mocha' is the sweetest type of coffee while 'Biohazard' coffee is the strongest.

14 Types of coffee flavors
1. Café Americano
Café Americano is also simply known as "Americano". It is prepared by adding hot water to espresso instead of milk. It has the same strength as that of drip coffee but with a different flavor.
2. Turkish coffee
Beans for Turkish coffee are ground to a fine powder. The fine coffee powder is then immersed in water allowing maximum foam to form. Turkish coffee is a traditional drink served in the Middle East.
3. Cappuccino
Cappuccino is an Italian coffee drink made with espresso, hot milk and topped with foamed milk. It is similar to latte. The key difference between the two is that a cappuccino has more foam and chocolate placed on top of the drink.
4. Café Latte
A latte is apportion of espresso and steamed milk, generally in a 1:3 to 1:5 of espresso to milk, with a little foam on top.
5. Espresso
Espresso coffee is made by forcing nearly boiling water under pressure through ground coffee beans, resulting in a brew that's thicker than those from other brewing methods. Espresso is a base for number of other coffee drink such as latte, cappuccino, macchiato, mocha and Americano.
6. Café Macchiato
Macchiato is a mixture of Espresso and dash of foamed milk. Its ingredients are same as that of Cappuccino, but it tastes much stronger and aromatic than Cappuccino. In this coffee, the milk is foamed directly into the espresso cup, which is then put under the coffee outlet. After that, espresso is drawn into the cup. Cocoa is sometimes sprinkled over the drink.
7. Café au lait
Café au lait is a traditional French method of preparing coffee with milk in homes and European Cafes. Strong coffee made with scalded milk in a 1:1 ratio.
8. Café Mocha
Café Mocha is a variant of Café latte. It is typically prepared by adding one third espresso to two thirds steamed milk, with a chocolate portion.
9. Moka
Moka coffee is coffee brewed with a moka pot, a stovetop coffee maker which produces coffee by passing hot water pressurized by steam through ground coffee at a lower pressure than an espresso maker. The moka coffee is an Italian invention.
10. Indian Filter coffee
As the name suggests this coffee belongs to the Indian regions, especially south Indian region. It is also known as Mysore Filter Coffee or Kaapi. Indian Filter coffee is a sweet milky coffee made from dark roasted coffee beans (70% to 80%) and chicory (20% to 30%).
11. Café Cubano
As the same suggests this coffee originated from Cuba. It is also known as Cuban coffee or Cuban espresso. This coffee drink is an espresso that has sugar mixed with the coffee beans before brewing.
12. Kopi Luwak
This coffee is made from beans that have passed through a civet's faeces. Then too, it is known to be very aromatic and flavorful.
13. Irish Coffee
This coffee is made of double espresso hot coffee, sugar, whipped pouring cream and Irish whiskey.
14. Ristretto
Ristretto is an espresso shot with the exact amount of coffee but there is half amount of water. It is actually a darker, deeper and more concentrated espresso extraction.
