Mint or pudina can be used to make refreshing summer drink. Mint water can be made with combination of lemon or cucumber or both. All the three ingredient's give the drink a mesmerizing taste.

Ingredient's required are:

1. 1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves

2. 1 medium sliced lemon

3. 1 medium sliced small cucumber 

4. 2 Liters of water

5. Thinly sliced small piece of ginger

6. 1 medium sliced orange

Procedure to make mint water for weight loss:

1. Take 2 liters of water.

2. Add some pieces of ginger to it.

3. Add 1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves to it.

4. Add the sliced lemon pieces, cucumber pieces and orange pieces to the mixture.

5. Our detox mixture for weight loss is ready.

6. Keep the mixture in fridge overnight, so that the vitamins and minerals infuse properly with the water. 

7. If you don't have so much time, you can drink it with in 3 to 4 hours.
